In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws, gamph is required to verify the identity of all players. KYC verification may be requested at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or at any time during the account lifecycle. Accepted identification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as the PhilSys National ID, UMID, driver's license, or passport. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal, and gameplay privileges until compliance is achieved.
gamph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment channels as may be available at the time of the transaction. gamph reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. gamph targets GCash withdrawals to process within 30 minutes of approval; bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gamph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall be limited to the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall gamph be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, data, or anticipated savings, even if gamph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
gamph does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Temporary service interruptions for maintenance, security updates, or events beyond gamph's reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

gamph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, gamph may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, verified balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Winnings accrued through prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7 are not eligible for return under any circumstances.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the gamph platform shall first be submitted to gamph's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. Unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
gamph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the gamph website no less than 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the gamph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
